Access to apprenticeships and accredited qualifications up to Level 3. You will: Ensure that all junior bartenders are trained to our service standards. Regularly advance your menu knowledge and keep pace with menu changes. Lead the development of compelling wine lists, cocktail lists and events menus, in partnership with the Food & Beverage management team. Be comfortable in carrying out stock takes, including ordering and communicating with our list of vendors and suppliers. Support with scheduling of team rotas to provide cover for the bar in line with budgets. Participate in regular management meetings to maximise communication between all departments. Keep up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and take legal responsibility for the sale of alcohol Ensure that every team member has completed their compliance training, plus support our Learning & Development Manager with onboarding of new team members. Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety are being followed.
