We are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator on a 12 month fixed-term contract to champion, and drive forward, the efficient, effective operation administrative support within the Service function within the company. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by developing relationships with key influencers both internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with the Service and Support Teams to ensure a first class customer service is provided at all times, whilst adhering to customer SLA’s.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the Service Support team to ensure a first class customer service is provided at all times, whilst adhering to customer SLA’s.
* Reactive management of breakdowns and following escalation processes where required.
* Plan routine maintenance, breakdown visits, commissioning and any additional work as required.
* Create customer quotes and contracts including scheduling maintenance plans.
* Stock control including ordering parts, transferring parts, checking stock, assigning engineers and amending attendance dates.
* Allocate and co-ordinate engineer tasks into the Service Management System.
* Develop relationships with key influencers both internally and externally.
* Liaise with customers both verbally and in writing regarding engineers’ site visits.
* Liaise with internal departments to deal with all customer queries in a timely manner.
* Ensure customer correspondence is updated and accurate, including contract profiles and servicing schedules.
* Build Quality into all aspects of work by following documented processes whilst maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Your experience includes:
* Previously working in a scheduling/planning or similar role in a customer services/administrative environment.
* An understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
* High levels of passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to drive the correct solution for the right situation through to completion.
* Active listener, with the ability to quickly gain rapport and trust across all levels.
* Good organisation skills and ability to plan workload effectively, cope well under pressure, meeting objectives & deadlines.
* Highly self-motivated, excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word).
* Demonstrable use of initiative.
* Experience working in a fast paced virtual team.
* Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
* Knowledge of working in a medical background would be desirable but not essential.
*This is a home-based role so you will require a suitable quiet work space which must be in line with HSE regulations, with a desk, office chair and an adequate internet connection speed to be able to work remotely.*
