We have a strong relationship with AXA healthcare and offer a range of their health products, providing access to fully comprehensive healthcare at affordable prices with one of the world’s biggest insurers.
We are seeking a Healthcare Insurance Sales Advisor to enquire and assist customers in finding the right health insurance cover by reviewing the health insurance market and providing personal advice on the right health insurance plan that will best fit their personal circumstances, all in a FCA compliant environment. This role will be based in our head office in Bournemouth.
Job Brief:
An effective Healthcare Insurance Sales Advisor must be an excellent communicator with exceptional people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and dealing with complaints and queries. The goal is to help the business grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
The role is a full time, permanent position and in return you will receive a basic salary from £25,000 and an uncapped bonus scheme which allows you to earn in excess of £90,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential customers.
2. Reading from a prescribed script and focusing on customer needs to close sales.
3. Documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions whilst always adhering to company processes and policies.
4. Converting sales leads and inbound enquiries into sales.
5. Remaining compliant under FCA guidelines.
The ideal person:
1. Previous experience working in a Sales or Customer Service position, ideally in a telephone based B2C environment.
2. Some understanding of Private Healthcare.
3. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
4. Creative thinking skills.
5. The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
6. Able to work effectively in a target-driven sales environment and result-driven attitude.
7. Working knowledge of CRM software.
8. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
9. The ability to deal with rejection and stress when soliciting customers.
