How you'll make a difference We are currently looking to recruit an Engagement Manager to design and lead the execution of a comprehensive Engagement Strategy for our Core Programme. This is a key role within our Core programme the largest transformation programme in the Society's 150 year history. This is a replacement of our core banking systems with a modern cloud ecosystem. We are looking for someone who has strong stakeholder and thought leadership skills and can foster collaboration across diverse teams, facilitate effective communication and ensure the programme delivers on its business objectives. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring stakeholders are aligned, engaged and prepared for the exciting changes ahead. What you'll bring to the role: Experience in a similar stakeholder engagement/communications strategy or business transformation role within a large scale technology driven transformation programme. Expertise in designing and executing engagement strategies for complex, multi-year initiatives Exceptional and proven experience of proactively engaging and influencing stakeholders. Proven ability of achieving high levels of engagement and collaboration across all levels of a business. Presentation skills at senior leadership/board level preferred. Experience with change delivery methodologies, planning and delivery tools (e.g. Jira/Confluence) desirable. Understanding of SAFe principles, and the collaboration required to operate within a scaled agile environment.
