Alexander Steele is thrilled to be working exclusively with a leading alcohol brand in search of a Customer Account Executive. This position focuses on driving brand advancement within the Off-Trade sector, closely collaborating with NAMs and Business Unit Controllers to devise route-to-market strategies.
Summary of Role:
Drive profitable business development in the region for selected Off-Trade customers. Provide On-Trade support alongside gaining new stockists. Collaborate with internal teams for effective execution of commercial plans.
Main Responsibilities:
* To develop relationships with Off Trade regional contacts across Asda, Co-Op, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco, & Waitrose to develop the growth of the beverages.
* To develop relationships with key stores to achieve profitable growth by gaining & maintaining secondary space for the company, range new lines, and achieving chilled space.
* To provide support for the On Trade department, help grow On Trade distribution by gaining new stockists and providing support for current stockists.
* To promote the company to On Trade Customers in the assigned geographic area.
* To develop strong relationships with the field sales staff of customer routes to market in the area to raise the profile of the company.
* Work collaboratively with Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing and Category Teams to ensure aligned commercial plans are excellently executed and delivered in a timely manner across the stores in the key regions.
* To develop, agree, document and deliver (in conjunction with the business unit controller) long-term sales and profit plans for the customer base.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of trade and competitor activity across the marketplace.
