About the role:
My client is looking for a skilled and self-motivated procurement professional to join their team. In this hybrid role, you'll be required to work in the London office 2/3 days a week and supplier visits when needed.
About You: You will have strong experience in procurement and supply chain management (Hard & Soft services) within the Facilities Management (FM) industry. Your strong stakeholder management and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) skills allow you to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic procurement, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and spend analysis.
* Manage procurement tenders/RFX and the entire supply chain lifecycle.
* Oversee contract management, pricing, benchmarking, and negotiations.
* Ensure compliance with ethical procurement practices, supplier diversity, and sustainability.
* Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement documents, templates, and systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and support business growth.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
