We have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team, focusing on the cold food preparation and service. You will oversee the consistency of various preparations within the cold kitchen to ensure quality product and adherence to standard recipes, and prepare all cold food according to recipes, guidelines and standards set by the Catering Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a kitchen/catering environment, and ideally within mass catering in an Education setting. NVQ L2 in Food preparation is desirable. You will be an effective communicator, with a passion and desire to provide great customer service.
