Middlemore have been retained to appoint an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Consultant for a prominent Financial Services organisation, based in Manchester. The successful candidate will report into the Director of HR Operations and will be accountable for the technical and commercial delivery of company compensation and benefit frameworks ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal and company control framework. This role spans multiple geographies across the UK, France, Italy, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, and Belgium. As the subject matter expert in this field, you will be able to build engaging relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business. Other responsibilities will include:
Compensation:
Collaborate with the U.S. Compensation team to apply the company’s job evaluation, salary survey and benchmarking methodology (currently Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System) ensuring real time ownership of data.
Partner with SVP Human Resources, to develop annual salary ranges including configuring Workday salary grades.
Proactively use internal and external data to identify market and economic trends that could impact talent attraction and retention, ensuring timely communication of findings.
