Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Customer Relations Executives to deliver exceptional service.
2. Customer Experience: Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a 5-star standard and achieving high NPS scores.
3. Operational Excellence: Manage operational processes, including staff rotas, Salesforce updates, and customer selections/upgrades tracking.
4. Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams, legal progression, and customers to ensure smooth operations and a personalised service.
5. Quality Control: Implement quality checks to maintain site presentation standards and collaborate with the pre-development team on sales environments.
6. Reporting: Provide detailed reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and board-level) and attend regular meetings to review progression, completions, and operations.
