Sharpsmart Finance is growing!
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.
This role will be working 3 days per week from our Spennymoor (Co Durham) site with an option to work 2 days from home.
Your role will involve:
* Set up and process new contracts within the finance system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and customer agreements.
* Manage and update contract details, including changes in services & prices, and ensure all updates are accurately reflected in the finance system.
* Own and maintain the case management system and shared mailboxes.
* Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure contract details align with company offerings and client requirements.
* Monitor and ensure contracts are set up in line with pricing strategies, including any inflation increases.
* Partake in cash allocations onto the finance system.
* Undertake other accounts receivable duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including good Excel skills.
