You will be supporting our Service and Parts Advisors with answering telephone calls from clients, dealing with clients in person, liaising with your colleagues in order to maintain timely and accurate information relating to vehicle repairs and parts enquiries.If you have a "can do" attitude, the ability to multitask, possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy administration, we invite you to apply for this varied and busy role Responsibilities: Welcome Customers to the Branch Maintain customer waiting area Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach Complete jobcard preparation for all workshop jobs, including pre calls and post calls Updating customers as directed by Service Team Clarify for the customer and workshop the basis for the repair – Retail / Warranty / Contract Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed Scanning Jobcards over to Admin Team for processing.
