Maintenance and Grounds Team Leader –

Salary: £29,624.40 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent
Are you an experienced, multi-skilled professional with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach? At Haulfryn, we create exceptional holiday experiences and we’re looking for a Maintenance and Grounds Team Leader to lead our maintenance team at Holmans Wood Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do
* As a Maintenance and Grounds Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring daily duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Complete park maintenance jobs including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs
* Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safe working practices at all times
* Work collaboratively with the wider park team to deliver a great experience for guests and owners.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, skilled individual who can balance leadership with hands-on work, with:
* 2–3 years of maintenance and grounds experience
* Experience in a wide range of property and grounds tasks, including basic plumbing and general handyman skills
* A valid UK driving licence
* Strong awareness of Health & Safety legislation
* Great people skills and the ability to communicate clearly and positively
* Computer literacy for basic reporting and logging of completed work
