Securitas Technology is building the best team in the security industry, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Digital Marketing and Communications Executive to join our busy marketing department and growing organisation. You’ll be responsible for implementing digital marketing and communications strategies aligned with business goals to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client and employee engagement.
What you will do...
1. Website Content Creation and Management: Planned review, systematic update, and expansion of website content including blogs, thought leadership, and videos.
2. SEO: Review STUK website SEO performance. Plan and execute enhancements with support from the global marketing team and in conjunction with content development activity.
3. Social Media Content Creation and Management: Write posts for social media, engage with audiences, and help ensure our brand is positively received and projected.
4. Email Marketing & Client Communications: Contribute to the development and delivery of regular email updates and white-space email marketing to existing clients. Issue ad hoc client emails as required.
5. Sales Support Collateral: Develop case studies, update and create new sector-specific brochures/content, and revamp our sales presentation.
6. Campaign Delivery: Support the UK delivery of global marketing campaigns, e.g., Technology Outlook Report 2025, and new service offerings.
7. Internal Communications: Support the transition to and development of internal communication platforms, define and execute internal communication plans, and handle ad hoc requests.
8. Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating attendance at regional and national events.
9. Technology Partner Collaboration: Engage with key partners to leverage marketing support.
10. Reporting: Help collate and analyze data to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
Qualifications
What you will need...
* Experience with a broad range of digital marketing channels.
* Strong copywriting skills with high attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), content management systems, and digital marketing tools. Training can be provided.
* Creative with a good eye for design.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative, able to liaise across departments and teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
* UK resident or have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship cannot be provided.
Key Attributes
* 3+ years’ experience in digital or content marketing.
* Desirable: Marketing qualifications (Degree, IDM, DMI, CIM, etc.)
