This organisation has grown significantly over the past 12 months, following new ownership, and so the role of a Financial Accountant has been created.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing and developing the management accounts function for 3 subsidiaries, Including BS and P&L reconciliations and variance analysis
Preparing operating cost budgets for all 3 entities
Preparing VAT returns for the UK entity and ensuring statutory declarations are completed accurately and on time for all 3 entities
Assisting with ERP system implementation
Assisting with audit and tax queries
Ad hoc reporting
Assisted by Accounts Assistants who would do the clerical work for all 3 entities
