Stock Management Admin Clerk
Location: Peterborough
Work Type: On site
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Until the end of the year with high likelihood of extending
Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is looking for an individual to join their team as a Stock Management Admin Clerk!
Responsibilities:
1. Management of Gases and Parts inventories - which will include moving/lifting stocks, taking and processing orders, addressing complaints and answering customer/supplier queries.
2. Compiling and maintaining confidential records.
3. Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports, and managing correspondence between the office and external bodies.
4. Supplier/vendor cost analysis.
5. Ensuring customer/supplier/vendor relationships are maintained.
6. Continuous Improvement - advising management on strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures.
7. Management of contractor/sub-contractor inductions - RTW.
8. Management of shipping and transportation of instruments.
Skills required:
1. Advanced Microsoft Office.
2. Ability to work independently.
3. Ability to keep information organised and confidential.
4. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Rate/Salary: 16.00 - 16.00 GBP Hourly
