A well-established Marketing agency seeking a Marketing Account manager to join their team. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Account Manager to oversee key accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and Account Managers, ensuring smooth communication and successful campaign delivery. Marketing responsibilities: Monitor Weekly KPIs to track account performance and provide management with regular reports and insights. Collaborate with Internal Teams to manage influencer partnerships, livestream content, and creative campaigns for the brand. Engage with Creators and Affiliates, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their success. Manage Campaign Enrolment, including missions, rewards, and event coordination to boost engagement. Maintain Daily Communication with brand points of contact to keep campaigns running smoothly. Troubleshoot Campaign Issues, resolving any account-related challenges or escalations promptly. Join Client Meetings to foster relationships and address any concerns or feedback. Plan and Schedule Promotions to maximise visibility and align with trending TikTok content. Oversee Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, providing strategic input and managing content-related activities across TikTok. Skills & experience required: Must be fluent in Mandarin Marketing background or Education Account management
