Sous Chef - Farm site and Restaurant We are currently looking for an experienced Sous chef located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in the overall responsibility and daily operations of all sections across the sites kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs. The Person The Sous Chef will have: Have experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
