Job Title: Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator

Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to join the Bohemian Holdings team to work across the business. The Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for acquiring customers, engaging customers, and optimizing customer behavior for our digital business. Grow the digital business by driving the best customer experience across our website and mobile application. Lead the strategy, site merchandising, and development of our customer experience at Bohemian Holdings. Through collaboration and cross-functional partnership with our Marketing, PR & Graphic Design team, ensure that we provide our customers with an optimal shopping experience that drives sales for the business.
Overall Job Function:
In this role, you will drive selling and profitability for Bohemian Holdings’ digital business by supporting the design team with site operations. You will support with reporting, commercial planning, site maintenance, promotional execution, and ad hoc support. You will secure online profit and branding by providing an outstanding experience for our customers.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Execution and oversight of web refreshes in conjunction with the creative team.
2. Utilize analysis of promotions to inform future design, stories, collateral, etc.
3. Update featured products in mega menu.
4. Responsible for full-cycle execution of sales, deals, and general offers on the Bohemian Holdings site.
5. Maintain styles through the entire lifecycle and support end-of-production pricing strategy.
6. Ensure site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability.
7. Utilize internal programs to pull SKUs, data, and manage inventory, working closely with the Fulfilment Warehouse.
8. Ecommerce imagery selected, cropped, exported ready for use in campaigns.
9. Creating web listings and adding imagery into listings.
10. Add product videos to web listings.
11. Develop & maintain reporting that helps improve site content performance and placement and continues to drive conversion rates and sales while encouraging data-driven decision-making.
12. Conceptualization and administration of paid ad spend and strategy to drive profitable customer acquisition and sales.
13. Miscellaneous projects as directed.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial ecommerce role or similar.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, ecommerce, or similar preferable.
3. Experience with eCommerce software (such as Bigcommerce, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google).
4. Experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
5. Some experience in marketing, photography, graphic design would be favored.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Flexibility, ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
10. Strong problem-solving skills.
