Join our client as a Telesales Executive At Recruit 2 You, we are partnering with our Derby-based client to recruit for Telesales Executives to join their team. We are looking to speak to candidates with previous telesales or customer service experience. In this role you will help to drive growth for the organisation by upselling current company products. Your main responsibility will be to identify, cultivate, and manage new business opportunities, alongside managing and growing existing accounts. As the new Telesales Executive, you will: Use various means to identify and gain new business, for example: cold calling, networking and using social media. Work to build long-term relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and express how our client can meet those needs. Manage, develop and nurture existing client relationships. This will include thinking about their future needs, suggesting solutions, and building relationships. Also, cross-sell and upsell our client’s extensive range of products. You will be required to engage with both potential and current customers on a regular basis to build a continuous pipeline for growth. You will effectively communicate through phone calls, emails and live chat with potential customers. Ensuring that you remain professional and courteous throughout all interactions. Build relationships with internal stakeholders to help provide support to customers and share valuable feedback. You will escalate critical issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up with possible resolutions. Learn about the full line of products offered by our client. With this knowledge you will be able to better support customers with their orders and requirements. Use negotiation skills to navigate pricing agreements and communicate our client’s terms of sale. You will be pivotal in closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and maximising profits. Use our client’s CRM system to keep accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospective clients, updating customer information and noting business growth opportunities and their progress. This will be used to help identify future sales and growth opportunities. Requirements for this role: Essential A minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales or a customer service role. Have strong professional and communication skills. Be a goal-orientated, motivated and organised individual. Have excellent negotiation skills. Be able to learn about a wide range of products and services our client offers. Have excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines. Strong skills with standard Microsoft packages. Be resilient and confident working in sales environments. Be able to work with stakeholders and customers at all levels. Desirable: Have prior experience selling stationary or other office supplies. Have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. Have previous experience of working with CRM systems (Customer Record Management). About this role: This role is a full-time office-based position. Salary for this role is dependent on experience, between £22,000 - £25,000.
