Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Grantham Supported Living Service.
Our Supported Living Service in Grantham is home to young female adults with Learning Disabilities. They enjoy various activities, many social events and outings together as well as having their own individual interests. We require caring and considerate people to support these young adults to enjoy each day to the full. For this role, a female Team leader is required due to the ladies’ requirements. We support a range of different service users who live with health conditions such as mental health, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour as well as other health condition.
What will you be doing as a Team Leader?
As a Team Leader you will be working alongside the office team to ensure that service runs smoothly and ensuring we provide an excellent standard of care to all residents within the service. You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts, 1 page profiles and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis. You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and carers assessments.
You will also be working with clients to ensure they get the most out of care & support from Radis.

Shifts
Be able to complete a range of shift patterns such as
* 07:00 - 14.30
* 14:30 - 22:00
* Alternative Weekends via oncall
* 1 admin day on a Monday which is office based.
Requirements
* Most importantly we are looking for somebody that has the right values and have a genuine desire to make sure our clients get the best possible support
* You would of worked in the health and social care sector for a minimum of 1 year as well as worked in a similar Supported Living or Mental Health setting.
* Be willing to take part in an Oncall Rota
* Currently hold or working towards a NVQ Level 3
