OBJECTIVES
Main Functions Of The Job
1. Managing JB1 meeting rooms, training rooms, canteens, kitchens, bar and coffee stations.
2. Welcoming all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Assisting with preparation of refreshments for all meetings.
4. Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
5. Logging and ensuring maintenance for these areas is carried out.
6. Ensuring all equipment in meeting rooms is in working order and assisting visitors and staff in its operation.
7. Maintaining sufficient stock levels of all consumables and refreshments, including a monthly ordering list.
8. Providing reception/switchboard assistance when needed.
9. Working hours are from 8 am – 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
10. Handling all queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
11. Ensuring a high level of internal and client satisfaction.
12. Assisting staff and visitors with ad hoc requests.

4. Answering the reception phone.
5. Directing calls quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
6. Taking messages and ensuring that staff members receive them in due time.
7. Directing clients.
8. Assisting with duties such as couriering items.
