Job Title: Reinstatement Administrator

Job Purpose:
Accountable to the Head of Reinstatement for the efficient delivery of reinstatement administration for JDT's Reinstatement Operation groups. In particular, providing direct support to the reinstatement operation and its delivery of its contracted works requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management and delivery of reinstatement office administration to the Reinstatement Operations Groups.
2. Timely data input to ensure D2 reinstatement compliance.
3. Coordination with Reinstatement Management/Supervisors and contractors to ensure all reinstatement information is kept updated (Customer enquiries, complaints & Council defects).
4. Attend weekly planning coordination meetings as required by the Reinstatement Managers.
5. Management of reinstatement PO Smartsheet.
6. App Can - JDT Reinstatement System Management, provide system support (Super User).
7. Maintain Reinstatement & R1 register, coordinate and support the Head of Reinstatement and Reinstatement managers with the required data for whereabouts, beenabouts. Maintain and submit JDT's sustainability reports and registers internal / external and open hole report (Jeopardy Reporting).
8. Production of performance reports for Ops groups, OMM and board level as required. Internally and externally.
9. Maintain reinstatement registers and data and produce and distribute internal and external reports as required.
10. Handle internal and external communication/management systems.
11. Comply with all JDT's internal policies and procedures, promoting a safe place to work.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Mandatory Qualifications and Competencies:
* IT systems proficiency, with experience in MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
Non-Mandatory Qualifications and Competencies:
* IT systems qualification (e.g., ECDL or similar).
* Information Management training and/or experience.
