Hays is pleased to partner with a growing multi-site organisation in Kings Lynn, currently undergoing a period of positive transformation. As part of their ambitious people agenda for 2025, they are implementing a new HRIS system. We are seeking a People Co-Ordinator to cover maternity leave for around 12 months. The role will involve general HR duties including HR Administration, data cleansing from existing HR and payroll systems. Additionally, you will assist the People team with HR queries and contribute to various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR support: Work as part of a friendly People team, providing HR support to the organisation and contributing to team goals.
2. System Management: Assist with the management and optimisation of the people and payroll system.
3. Data Management: Perform data cleaning and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and payroll data for the new HRIS.
What you'll need to succeed:
1. HR Experience: Some prior experience in HR at Coordinator/Advisor level.
2. Data Skills: Confident in data management and data cleaning tasks.
3. Systems Skill: Experience of working with an HRIS and navigating spreadsheets.
4. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is essential.
