Vision for education is seeking graduates to work with students between the ages of 11 – 18 years of age within an Ofsted rated ‘excellent’ school based in Chesterfield the role requires a graduate to transfer their skills and knowledge into a SEND classroom setting. The role would require you to work with pupils who display social, emotional and mental health needs, moderate learning difficulties and potential serve learning difficulties, ADHD and Autism. The behaviours in this setting can be very challenging but also very rewarding to somebody who wants to make a difference to young adults’ social and emotional development.
Requirements
The desired graduate may have:
1. Experience of working with pupils with SEND
2. Experience of supporting vulnerable children or adults.
3. Be able to adapt to challenging situations that can arise.
4. An ability to work as part of a team.
5. A driver’s licence and access to a car
