What You Will Do
1. Analyze online user behavior to generate insights and support experiments for better decision-making.
2. Design and evaluate detailed experiments to measure product efficiency.
3. Identify opportunities to improve user experience through exploratory analysis in collaboration with User Research, sharing findings via data visualizations and recommendations.
4. Establish success metrics and targets for the user journey, implementing reporting solutions.
5. Create and evaluate A/B tests using experimentation tools, ensuring accurate insights are shared.
6. Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor product performance and train colleagues to access data independently.
7. Define and build datasets for analytics, contributing to a data-driven, user-centric culture.
What Are We Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in a product analytics role influencing product decisions with user insights.
* Strong ability to present findings clearly to all business levels.
* Expertise in manipulating and analyzing large datasets using SQL; Python skills are a bonus.
* Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and statistical knowledge (experimental design, A/B testing, regression).
* Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and identify impactful opportunities.
* Self-motivated to work independently and collaboratively on loosely defined challenges.
Bonus Points For
* Experience with Python or PySpark for data analysis.
* Product analytics experience in online marketplaces.
* Familiarity with web-based Spark platforms like Databricks.
