Purpose of The Role: The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the account management team in maintaining and developing client relationships. Assisting in the management of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping to drive business growth through effective communication and service delivery. Responsibilities Of The Role: Client Relationship Management o Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. o Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. o Support Account Managers in client meetings and presentations. Account Coordination o Help coordinate client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. o Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams. o Assist in preparing and delivering client reports and presentations. Sales Support o Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches. o Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and contracts. o Support the development and implementation of account plans to achieve sales targets. Administrative Duties o Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information. o Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications. o Assist with the invoicing process and track account receivables. Market and Product Knowledge o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. o Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address client needs. o Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences and market demand. Team Collaboration o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management. o Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account management processes. o Support other account managers as needed, sharing best practices and resources. Skills & Experience: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Preferred) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to manage own time and prioritise workload.
