Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts, and Estates matters, including drafting wills, administering estates, advising on tax and succession planning, and trust management.
Provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of Wills, Trusts, and Estates, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality, client-focused service.
Work with high-net-worth individuals on more complex matters, including inheritance tax planning, wealth preservation, and trust creation.
Draft, review, and amend Wills, Powers of Attorney, and trust documents, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Oversee the administration of estates, including dealing with probate, inheritance tax returns, and distribution of assets.
