We are looking for a People Experience Partner (maternity leave cover - FTC) they will report into the People Experience Director and will have responsibility across the full remit of people initiatives including: ER, talent acquisition, culture and engagement, talent development, reward, wellbeing and, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as leading on a range of people projects across the agency. Key Accountabilities In conjunction with the People Experience Director, drive the best employee experience through overall management of our people policies, strategies and practices. Accountability for advising and supporting on a wide range of employee relations issues including restructures, acquisitions and performance management. Lead end-to-end resourcing across specific groups in the agency from planning stage through to offer, using an optimum mix of cost-effective channels; direct sourcing, employee referrals, recruitment agencies. Review and embed the performance review process to drive a high-performance culture as well as developing and embedding a culture of learning and growth. Lead on specific integration initiatives across our brands. Supporting the development of our career pathways, working closely with HoD’s, ensuring transparent career development across our agency. Produce regular people focused data reports, to analyse trends and identify areas for improvement. Take a lead role in developing and embedding wellbeing within the agency. Take an active role in DEI as part of our internal team, leading on People Experience initiatives. Involvement in a range of people initiatives to support our company vision of becoming a destination agency within our industry. Responsibility for providing people support for designated teams across the entire agency All other duties appropriate to the role Skills & Experience CIPD qualified (or equivalent). Previous people focused experience within the media / creative / events sectors. Ability to operate with agility and pace. Excellent data skills, with exposure to HR systems. Proven ability to manage a range of ER issues. Previous experience of restructures and ideally TUPE (desirable). A passion for resourcing with a strong track record of managing and leading end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of different roles and levels. Comfortable working autonomously but as a collaborative team player. Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with a supportive coaching style.
