Customer Account Coordinator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £38,000 dependant on experience
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role:
I am recruiting for an outstanding opportunity on behalf of my client in the Wolverhampton area for an individual who has experience in managing customer accounts. This role will suit candidates that have experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering sector and excel in building relationships.
As the customer’s advocate within the company, you will prioritise their needs in every aspect of your work, guaranteeing prompt and efficient responses to all enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee customer accounts and maintain regular contact with them.
2. Coordinate with production workers to provide customers with updates on lead times and other relevant information.
3. Deliver exceptional service to customers, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
4. Juggle various tasks and projects with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Keep open and transparent communication lines between customers and shop floor staff.
6. Track schedules closely to ensure the punctual delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a customer service, account management or similar role within Manufacturing/Engineering industry
2. Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage several projects
3. Strong initiative and problem solving skills
4. Excellent communication skills
