Wallace High School is committed to the provision of the highest standards of educational provision for each and every young person through effective learning and teaching and a robust pupil support system.
You will be required to exhibit dynamic classroom leadership and ensure that the highest standards of learning and teaching are delivered. Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the fluid process of departmental monitoring and tracking.
2. Accurate and timely implementation of SQA procedures and paperwork.
3. Delivering on the key drivers and priorities within the National Improvement Framework, with a focus on ongoing faculty improvement priorities.
You must be confident, articulate, and dynamic, demonstrating the ability to be creative, motivate others, and exercise effective classroom leadership. Additionally, you will need to organize work to meet tight timescales, ensuring that the faculty meets the needs of Wallace High's young people.
You must possess GTCS registration in a subject relevant to the delivery of the Business Education curriculum within the school.
This post will commence in August 2025.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children.
