The Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for high-end clients across the UK and international markets, offering a premium aftersales experience that matches the quality of the product.
Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Advisor:
Manage inbound enquiries from clients and partners, delivering prompt, professional and personalised service.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and service engineers to coordinate parts, repairs, and service updates.
Log, track, and resolve customer service requests via CRM and aftersales systems.
Provide accurate updates on job status, warranty claims, and service schedules.
Ensure service standards and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Build lasting client relationships and act as a brand ambassador throughout the aftersales journey.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
Experience in a customer service, aftersales, or service advisor role — ideally in marine, automotive, aviation, or other premium/luxury sectors.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
What’s On Offer:
A strong salary, up to £30,000 dependent on experience. OTE of £35,000, reflecting performance and customer service excellence.
Monday to Friday hours only – 7:30am to 4:30pm, supporting work/life balance.
No weekend working.
