Epson Telford Limited was established in 1987, we are on a 50-acre site and operate a 24/7 manufacturing site.
We are the only European manufacturing and distribution site for ink cartridges and textile inks. These products are shipped to an Epson warehouse in Germany where they are then distributed throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do, from our Cleanroom environment to our in-house machinery, design and technology improvements from which we use our own Epson 6-axis robots.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake a wide range of processing, reconciliation and administration tasks that are commensurate with your skills and develop your experience. All tasks should be carried out to a high standard and strict deadlines using spreadsheets or database applications, accounting or administrative systems in accordance with company procedures. The range of work could include tasks/activities in connection with:
1. All aspects of accounts payable
2. Management of supplier accounting records
3. Processing and reconciling invoices to relevant documentation and records and producing payment reports.
4. Reconciliation of credit card statements including chasing up supporting documentation, identifying and correcting errors
5. Administer all relevant completed paperwork records, scanning, shredding, archiving etc
6. Assist with a range of office, administrative and ad-hoc finance related tasks as required
7. Assist with month end management accounts and financial year end procedures
8. Ensuring compliance with and adherence to ETL Quality Management, Environmental Management, Information Security and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and all statutory legislation associated with these any other duties as requested from time to time
9. Ensure Compliance with SEC J-Sox regime
10. Ensure that all Group reconciliations are accurate and comply with Group Procedures and Policies
11. To ensure all Data and Paperwork is accurate and processed correctly
12. To ensure compliance and adherence to Epson Telford Limited Quality and Environmental Management and H & S Policies and Procedures and all Statutory Legislation associated with these
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 GCSE A - C including Mathematics and English
Desirable Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
