Reed Technology are working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are urgently seeking a Performance Manager to provide senior-level assistance with intelligence, performance, and analysis services for the Children and Families Department. This role involves managing a team of analysts and delivering high-quality business intelligence, with a focus on statutory returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of analysts to create children's social care intelligence, including Tableau dashboards, statistics, inspection data, statutory returns, performance reports, and Mosaic system analysis.
Provide expert support and guidance on performance management for Children's Social Care.
Deliver a high-quality business intelligence service in line with council policies and values.
Communicate business intelligence to senior officers and members.
Drive innovation, service transformation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure Equality, Diversity, and Human Rights considerations.
Promote evidence-based decision-making.
Improve business intelligence efficiency through automation.
Develop effective working relationships.
