Join today and build progress with us. The Opportunity Based at our Cement Manufacturing Plant in Cauldon, Staffordshire we now have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Onsite youll join our existing days team covering Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00 & Fridays 08:00-15:30. Youll be part of a large engineering team in a truly varied role, as this covers the Cement Manufacturing Plant & fixed plant equipment such as Crusher, Screener & Conveyors at our adjoining Quarry. Youll identify and lead of projects across the plant, helping to improve our processes or reliability. With a focus on Health & Safety across our business this role is no different, youll carry out all repairs safely and continue to maintain a hazard free environment. This is an exciting time to join our cement plant as we invest and work towards our Net Zero pledge. With high investments into the plant, youll have opportunities to work state of the art equipment across our new installations. Who you are As a qualified engineer you will have either completed your Apprenticeship or hold an NVQ Level 3 in an engineering discipline. This is a heavy engineering environment, so youll have some experience working in an industrial workplace. Youll ideally have some fabrication and welding experience. Benefits ??
