This commercial fit-out contractor specializes in high-end commercial fit-out projects throughout the UK. They work in a variety of sectors including student accommodation, care homes, hotels, and leisure. This company has had huge success with their projects over the last few years, resulting in year-on-year growth in turnover and project starts. Due to this growth and influx of projects, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team to continue winning work in the North of England.
This is a business development position where you will identify new business opportunities, including in new markets, as well as building relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships within the business. You will work alongside the Directors and the team, ensuring business is secured once projects have been won, as well as targeting new sales and business. Your ultimate goal will be to win work and secure future projects in new markets.
It is imperative that you have strong relationship-building skills with a proven experience and track record in the construction sector, with a proven ability to win work and secure future projects. You will have previous experience working in a sales or business development role in the construction sector.
