Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting one of our growing clients in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will take responsibility for the full recruitment cycle supporting all hires for the business. As this is a new role to the business, it will offer someone the opportunity to own the recruitment and talent activity and support on best practice and process in the following areas:
1. Ensuring a professional and positive representation of the business
2. Support on the employer branding proposition
3. Supporting line managers on their hiring processes
4. Creating, posting, and managing job adverts
5. Managing job boards and internal role communications
6. Liaise with Agencies when necessary
7. Source candidates through online channels
8. Screening candidates through first stage interviewing and making recommendations to managers
9. Facilitate the full recruitment process from advert to offer and onboarding
10. Manage timeframes for the hiring process, advising managers on expectations and highlighting if issues sourcing
11. Liaise with candidates ensuring timely and appropriate communication on process
12. Support on Job Fairs and external attraction events
13. Complete initial compliance checks
To be successful in this role we’re looking for the following attributes:
1. Successful track record in recruitment ideally within a manufacturing, construction, or similar industry
2. Familiarity with using ATS systems
3. Experience of utilising job boards
4. Ability to work with all levels of stakeholder
5. Ability to work autonomously
6. Enthusiastic, hard working, and resilient!
