Ann Tayler and Linden newly transformed Children and Family Hubs are looking for 2 enthusiastic and dedicated Early Help Family Practitioners to work as part of a team to deliver interventions as part of a wider, multi-agency system, providing intense support to families with multiple and complex needs.
You will hold a caseload of moderately complex cases while managing them to a high standard. The role involves empowering positive change within families through one-to-one work, group facilitation, and outreach activities. Significant professional experience of working within a culturally diverse educational childcare or family support environment is essential. You must have good interpersonal and relationship-building skills and possess good assessment skills.
You will have a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare & Education, Health, Social Care, Education, or Parenting and Family Work, as well as recent experience of working with families with children under 5.
Ann Tayler Children and Family Hub is an Outstanding Multi-Agency Hub, housing many professionals including health, midwife, speech and language, clinical psychologist, and many more. We have a 70-place onsite Nursery which supports some of Hackney's most vulnerable children.
