As Manager of Infrastructure, you will: Drive Operational Excellence : Lead day-to-day operations and strategic management of infrastructure services, ensuring high-quality engineering, parks, and public spaces meet community needs. Apply today Skills And Experiences Key Qualifications Previous experience in a senior management position in a similar civil construction/infrastructure environment Extensive experience in the coordination and management of capital works projects Practical knowledge of the principles of road construction, drainage, and footpath networks Previous experience in developing asset management plans, including the acquisition and disposal of plant & equipment Highly developed financial management skills related to project budgets, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and direct employees, resolve conflict, manage disciplinary issues, and build a strong team Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) and/or extensive experience in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline (e.g., Surveying) To apply, please submit: A cover letter (maximum two pages), addressing the selection criteria listed above A current resume with two relevant professional references Applications will be reviewed upon submission.
