The role The aim of this role is to assist the People function and business units in creating and executing reward strategies that align with GBG's goals. The Reward Associate Business Partner works closely with People leaders and business managers to ensure reward practices are competitive, fair, and in line with business objectives. What you will do Reward Strategy and Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of GBGs reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives Support annual pay review, bonus and LTIP scoping, recommendations approval and delivery Provide support in designing competitive compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and benefits Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to inform compensation strategy and ensure competitiveness Business Partnering: Act as the first point of contact for ad-hoc questions, data requests, benchmarking and all reward-related queries from team members, internal and external stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor to business units on reward-related matters, providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices Work with People business partners to understand business needs and tailor reward solutions that support talent attraction, retention, and engagement Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide partnering insights and analysis at Group, Location and BU level, identifying trends and making recommendations for future prioritisation Analyse compensation data and trends to identify issues and opportunities and make recommendations for adjustments Prepare and present reports on reward strategies, compensation trends, and benchmarking results to senior management Requirements What are we looking for Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed recommendations Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and employees.
