Global Communications Manager (In-House )

£55-£60k + bonus. We’re seeking a Global Communications Manager for a supplier of creative art products who are the brand behind some of the world’s most iconic creative tools. They are looking for someone with experience working corporate side with consumer brandswho can bring their story to life, both internally and externally.
This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with C-suite leaders to shape internal and external communications that inspire, engage, and also build the company's reputation. You will craft compelling narratives, drive strategic campaigns, and ensure theirbrand voice is strong, consistent, and aligned with their mission to inspire every artist in the world.
The Role
* Develop and implement engaging internal and external campaigns that bring the company culture and brand to life.
* Build public presence, manage media relations, and ensure clear, effective messaging.
* Work closely with senior executives to shape thought leadership and key messaging.
* Be a trusted advisor, ensuring transparent and effective communication during times of change.
* Create impactful content across intranet, newsletters, social media, and website.
* Ensure their values are communicated and celebrated across the business.
About You
You will have strong experience within communications, PR, and employer branding for consumer brands. You will be able to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging messaging, and you will be a confident collaborator comfortable working with senior c-suite and positioning them as thought leaders. You will also have an interest in sustainability and will champion these credentials as part of the company's values, and commitment.
