Manufacturing Operator - Fixed Term Contract until the end of August 2025

The successful applicant will work as part of the ZSC production team which manufacture oral solid dose antibiotic products.
In this role you will…
1. Set up and operate a range of Manufacturing, including Critical Device and Guard Check challenges.
2. Perform In Process Control testing throughout production.
3. Perform Line Cleaning, Line Clearing and Line Clearance checks.
4. Complete batch documentation correctly according to Procedures, GMP and Safety standards.
5. Assess component usage prior to batch end to reduce wastage.
6. Resolve a problem if you have good understanding of the issue.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
1. Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English.
2. Learn fast and have a desire to develop new skills both for yourself and the team. Must have ZSC and solid dose experience.
3. Be able to apply current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), explaining its fundamental importance to pharmaceutical manufacture.
4. Operate complex, technical processes, both manual and automatic, adhering to safety and GMP standards.
5. Be computer literate with experience or ability to learn quickly a number of different systems such as MERP, Dispense/Weigh Systems, PIMMS, Microsoft Office, document management systems.
6. Be able to troubleshoot problems and drive continuous improvement.
