The BIM Manager will be responsible for delivering the organisation's technology strategy and promoting digital ways of working, supporting delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of project information models.
Here's what you'll do:
1. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations, supporting delivery teams.
2. Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation, ensuring efficient information delivery.
3. Oversee task teams, monitor progress, and address any delays promptly.
4. Compile lessons learned and identify training needs for information management.
5. Act as an intermediary between stakeholders for efficient project execution.
6. Drive Information Execution Plans and conduct supply chain assessments.
7. Provide strategic IM direction, produce reports, and lead digital implementation.
8. Support team development and raise the BIM profile across the organisation.
9. Understand and implement local and international BIM standards and regulations.
10. Maintain quality assurance processes for BIM deliverables.
11. Commit to continuous improvement and stay updated with the latest digital technologies and practices.
12. Engage in R&D to enhance BIM processes and tools.

Here's what we're looking for:
1. Excellent communication skills and leadership in digital management.
2. Persistence, initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
3. Effective time management, flexibility, and openness to change.
4. Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists.
5. Capability to manage project timescales and advise on fee allocation or resources.
6. Proven track record in leading information management for large infrastructure projects.
7. Experience working with different disciplines within the industry.
8. Knowledge of managing BIM throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction and handover.
9. Proficiency in IM and implementing industry standards like ISO 19650 on projects.
10. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and other CDE solutions.
11. Experience with data management and integration tools.
12. Experience in project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
13. Proven ability to engage with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
14. Skills in resolving conflicts that may arise during project execution.
15. Experience in using PowerBI would be beneficial.
Qualifications
1. At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. Desirable understanding of digital lifecycle stages and multiple digital techniques.
