Job Summary
This role is responsible for optimizing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the organization's hiring goals. The position focuses on systemization, implementing a structured process for the TA team, and securing top talent. It involves working closely with the department heads, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to build comprehensive plans that identify talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent pipelines: Building and maintaining a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
2. Oversee and refine sourcing, screening, interview, and hiring process to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
3. Working with the HR Business Partner, ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and trained in hiring practices to deliver a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.
4. Building a network using Huawei's internal recruitment system to ensure a future pipeline of talent is built.
5. Ensure GDPR compliance throughout the recruitment process.
6. Data-driven insights: Using analytics and internal recruitment technologies to optimize the hiring process and predict future talent needs.
Requirements:
Required:
1. 7+ years in-house recruitment/agency recruitment experience (ICT or semiconductor industry is preferred).
2. Experience in designing and implementing structured, scalable recruitment framework.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize key recruitment KPIs (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate experience, etc.).
4. Hands-on experience in process improvement and recruitment systemization.
5. Ability to develop and execute high volume executive and niche hire strategy.
6. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high performing internal recruitment team.
