Becketwell is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing and Guest Experience Becketwell Arena is seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead local CRM, social, and digital marketing. This pivotal role involves managing budgets, crafting captivating content, and bolstering marketing strategies .

Your Responsibilities
1. Manage and deliver marketing projects on time, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on CRM, social media, and digital campaigns.
2. Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across social media platforms. Stay informed about industry trends to continuously improve digital content strategies.
3. Partner with internal teams to implement innovative digital campaigns.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, promoters, and ticketing partners. Monitor ticket sales and assess the effectiveness of promotional activities.
5. Manage marketing budgets and provide accurate ROI reporting.
6. Lead the social media agency, ensure consistent branding, and seek collaboration opportunities with influencers and industry partners.
7. Support the Head of Sales Marketing & Guest experience and senior management with additional tasks as required.
We are looking for someone with:
8. Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and their implementation.
9. Experience with website or content management systems and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (or similar tools).
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
11. Experience in creating digital content and managing social media accounts.
12. Understanding of the entertainment industry and current trends.
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling various tasks.
14. Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance.
15. Understanding of customer needs to create effective marketing solutions.
