The company is looking for a HR Advisor to be a key part of the leadership team and create the conditions to allow growth to take place.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and implement HR strategy for a large but still family-feel business.
2. Be heavily involved with the recruitment processes in the business.
3. Ensure written procedures are in place along with supporting documentation.
4. Attendance/performance management alongside training and development identification.
5. Support team managers with grievance/disciplinary issues.
6. Liaise with the H&S function to provide line managers with up-to-date information on HR policies and H&S procedures.
Your Skills and Abilities:
1. CIPD Qualified.
2. At least 5 years of experience in an HR Management role.
3. Experience working with a recruitment sales team.
4. Previous experience running staff communication and engagement, including payslips, long and short-term absence management, time and attendance management, L&D, training budgets, etc.
5. Coordinate training with regards to H&S/management learning/development/NVQs.
6. Resilient, ambitious and have a determined attitude to succeed.
