This position is ideal for someone with prior administrative or secretarial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, varied role. Youll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, efficient organisation, and excellent support across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling day-to-day tasks such as managing emails, phone calls, inquiries, member queries, and subscriptions.
* Sending out notifications and maintaining clear communication with all interested parties.
* Gaining an understanding of EPOS systems and accounts (or showing the ability to pick this up quickly).
* Reviewing and organising the current computer and filing systems to improve efficiency and structure.
* Collaborating with the finance team for overlapping tasks related to accounts and EPOS systems.
What Were Looking For:
* Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confidence in managing filing systems and improving processes.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Please note this is a temporary position but does have the potential to lead into a permanent role. Working hours are 20 per week, there is a degree of flexibility on how this is split.
