Experience inservice development or leadership roleswithin clinical teams. Strong background inmulti-disciplinary team workingandsupervising junior staff. In-depth knowledge of DBT principlesand experience adapting the model for young people. Expertise inpsychological assessments, risk assessments, and trauma-informed care. Familiarity withCYP IAPT modelsor otherevidence-based approachesfor young people. Skilled inmanaging high-risk cases, complex treatment planning, and clinical supervision. Ability tolead service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
