As Chief of Clinical Operations, you'll be part of our Executive Team and have strategic oversight and management of our ASD, ADHD & Operations services. Working with your Heads of department, you'll play a critical role in driving our vision with operational innovation excellence & scalability. You will shape & execute our operational & clinical strategy, harnessing digital technology to streamline processes, enhance patient experience, and propel our business to the next level. You'll collaborate with our Executive Leadership team to implement strategic initiatives that support the company's growth objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing:
1. Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to develop and execute strategic growth plans focused on our company pillars: Our Families, Our People, Our Growth, and Our Technology.
2. Act as a culture builder and transformative leader to assist with change management needed to serve the strategic growth of the company.
3. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams whilst fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
4. Ensure alignment between clinical, operations, and the other functions of the business, including People and Commercial.
5. Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and patient satisfaction across the ASD, ADHD, and operations functions.
6. Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support the company's long-term growth and operational objectives.
7. Implement and report on standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the teams to ensure compliance with goals and to identify corrective measures.
8. Contribute to new business evaluation, growth budgeting, and operating profitability initiatives.
9. Analyse internal processes and procedures and identify and drive areas of performance improvement.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
11. Foster a culture of innovation, leveraging technology to solve complex operational challenges.
12. Lead the development of operational budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
