Experience working with food manufacturing, Food packaging or FMCG Industry Perm position Role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days and nights rotating) Pay Rate: £31,605 - £41,220 per annum This will be a 2 stage interview process, first stage consists of a Literacy and Numeracy assessment on site in Telford Ensure products meet the standard for quality Run the plant to standard operating procedures, which includes start-ups and changeovers Liaising with plant development teams for improvement on standards Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis, completing gap analysis Ensuring observable standards are achieved for the line Ensure safe working practices Support training of process staff Any other duties/ projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management. Attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise in the production process. Familiarity with process control systems and manufacturing equipment is advantageous. A proactive approach to safety, ensuring that all practices align with industry regulations.
