An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to work full time within the Professional Education and Development Team, as a Clinical Educator for Post Registration working with the current nursing, nursing support workers and future nurse workforce
The post holder will be expected to work across BSMHFT with clinical colleagues to develop and embed good practice, provide innovative teaching and education, identify new practice initiatives and embed evidence-based practice.
This post is currently offering 1x permanent position and 1x 22 months secondment
The post holder will be a professional role model and work within BSMHFT Corporate Nursing Team to support the workforce within clinical practice, providing up to date evidence based practice and support the transition and development of our unregistered and qualified workforce.
The role will include working across BSMHFT in a variety of settings alongside colleagues in clinical areas, ensuring they have the necessary support and education in practice to ensure raising the standards of care delivery.
The post holder will and use their knowledge, skills and experience to plan organise and deliver quality training, on a range of subjects pertinent to the clinical needs. The post holder will ensure the evaluation and audit of education and training packages.
